CONS

Customer service issues: Several reviews report poor customer service, including misinformation during booking and limited reception hours.
2
Additional charges and deposits: Guests must pay a £100 deposit and extra fees for pool/gym access, which some find frustrating.
3
Site maintenance and facilities: Complaints about poorly lit areas, inconsistent restaurant/bar hours, limited dog waste bins, and inconvenient recycling bin locations.
4
Accommodation concerns: Some lodges get very hot in the sun, and the site layout can be inconvenient (e.g., only one key/fob per accommodation causing access issues).

Staffing problems: Reports of short staffing leading to exhausted and demotivated employees, potentially impacting service quality.
6
Mixed overall ratings: User ratings are generally low to moderate, with only 17% indicating they would book again.
